2. CONTEST DURATION
Sweepstakes Contest ("Contest") is run by Sponsor and will take place from 12:01 AM August 18, 2008 EST to 11:59 P.M. EST on October 31, 2008 ("Contest Period").

3. RANDOM DRAWING
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 17, 2008 from among all eligible entries. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail and/ or phone. If winners do not respond within 5 business days, Sponsor reserves the right to choose alternate winners.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

5. DISQUALIFICATION
Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the website, or otherwise violating the rules. Use of bots or any other type of automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All decisions of the judges are final. Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (void in the Canadian province of Quebec), who are 18 years of age or older at the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. No duplicate major prize winners. Void in the province of Quebec; outside the United States, Canada; and where otherwise prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, including, without limitation, mechanical, human, printing, distribution, or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability.

6. TRANSFERABILITY
Prizes are not transferable. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners' names and likenesses for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including Social Security number) and liability/publicity release. Affidavits and releases must be returned within 5 days of attempted notification or alternate winners may be chosen.
